These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Doctor Suite website, software, and services. By booking a demo, purchasing a subscription, or using Doctor Suite software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Doctor Suite" refers to the clinic management software product, website, and all related services.
"User" / "You" refers to any doctor, clinic staff, or visitor using our website or software.
"Pen Tablet" refers to the digital writing tablet shipped to your clinic for use with Doctor Suite.

2. Services Offered

Doctor Suite B2B clinic management and digital EMR software (installed remotely on your PC/laptop).
Pen tablet delivery via courier to your clinic address.
Free 1-on-1 video call demo and guided training for doctor & receptionist.
14-day full-feature software trial (software only, no pen tablet required).
Note: Doctor Suite is strictly a technology software provider and does not sell, stock, dispense, or deliver medications or pharmaceutical products.

3. Payment Terms

30% Advance: Payable before software activation and pen tablet dispatch. Covers both software license and pen tablet.
70% Remaining: Payable after complete setup, installation, and training at your clinic.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any supported online payment method.

4. Free Trial

The 14-day free trial includes full software features installed on your clinic PC/laptop. The trial does not include a pen tablet. No payment is required for the trial period. After the trial ends, you may choose to subscribe or discontinue use.

5. Software License

Doctor Suite grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for your clinic operations.
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the software.
The license is valid for the subscription period you have paid for.

6. Pen Tablet

The pen tablet is shipped via courier to the clinic address provided during booking.
Delivery timelines depend on your location (typically 3–7 business days).
Any damage during transit will be replaced free of charge.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate clinic and contact information during booking.
Ensure a stable internet connection and compatible PC/laptop for software installation.
Keep your login credentials confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

Doctor Suite is a clinic management tool. We are not responsible for any medical decisions, patient outcomes, or clinical errors. The software is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the software, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Doctor Suite after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
